Putting a face on it

Shutting down the Government sounds so big-
it IS big- huge- so how do we put a face on it?

How's this...? If this happens, funding is cut off
for cameras/videos at the National Zoo in DC.

Among many things, such instruments watch
the baby panda bear to be sure that it's alright.

With a monitor, the baby panda could need aid
but might not get it in time, and, so, might die.
